Her research focuses on the use of behavioral sciences and mainstream work motivation theories to improve management practices in public administration and in healthcare organizations. She serves as managing Editor for Public Administration Review and co-chair of the Behavioral Public Administration Permanent Study Group of the European Group for Public Administration.
