Mariangela Manti is a PostDoc at The BioRobotics Institute of Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of Pisa. She received the PhD in BioRobotics (cum laude) in 2017 and the MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Pisa, Italy, in 2013. She has been and currently is involved in EU-funded projects in the field of Soft Robotics (RoboSoft and I-Support). Her research interests are mainly focused on the study and development of new solutions for soft actuators and variable stiffness mechanisms.
