Francesca Ferrari

Francesca Ferrari received her BSc degree and MSc degree respectively in Clinical Engineering in 2010, and Biomedical Engineering in 2013 from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. After an internship period at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità in Rome, she worked at IRCSS Fondazione Santa Lucia at the Laboratory of Neuromotor Physiology where she was involved in a project on the recruitment of muscle synergies after cerebellar lesion. In the 2016, she moved to Pisa at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna where she obtained a Ph.D. in Biorobotics. She is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Biorobotics Institute of at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.

prostheses control and motor rehabilitation therapies
