Elezioni del Direttore dell’Istituto TeCIP

Triennio 2019-2022

Si comunica che con Provvedimento del Decano n. 293 del 15.05.2019 sono state indette le elezioni per la nomina del Direttore dell’Istituto di Tecnologie della Comunicazione, dell’Informazione e della Percezione per il triennio 2019/2022.

Le elezioni si svolgeranno secondo la seguente articolazione:

  • 6 e 7 giugno 2019 - primo scrutinio (dalle 9.00 del 6.06 alle 11.00 del 7.06)
  • 18 e 19 giugno 2019 - eventuale secondo scrutinio (dalle 9.00 del 18.06 alle 11.00 del 19.06)
  • 24 e 25 giugno 2019 - eventuale terzo scrutinio (dalle 9.00 del 24.06 alle 11.00 del 25.06)

We inform you that with Decree of the Dean of Institute full-time full professors n. 293 of 15.05.2019 has been called the elections of  Director of the Institute of communication,information and perception technologies for the three-year term: 2019/2022.

The elections will take place according to the following calendar:

  • 6 and 7 June 2019 - first ballot (from 9.00 on June 6th to 11.00 on  June 7th)
  • 18 and 19 June 2019 - possible second ballot (from 9.00 on June 18th to 11.00 on June 19th)
  • 24 and 25 June 2019 - possible third ballot (from 9.00 on June 24th to 11.00 on June 25th)

In the attachments section you can see the lists divided by categories of the “active electorate” (the ones who can vote) and, in a single file. Any undue omissions or exclusions relating to the active electorate can be reported to: decano-tecip@santannapisa.it

Submitted candidacy will be published on the website on May 24th. The list of the “passive electorate”  (the Institute full-time full professors that can be voted) is published on this page.

The vote is electronic: you can vote from any pc, following the instructions below:

To vote please log on to https://evote-srv.sssup.it/ with your santannapisa intranet credentials (generally the first letter of your name and your surname - example: j.smith - and your santannapisa email password).
The page https://evote-srv.sssup.it/ can also be accessed outside the School.
After your identification, the election process takes place in two steps:

1. Select the first name and last name of the person in the dedicated record and proceed to the preliminary poll;
2. The system displays the name inserted. To confirm, click on “confirm vote”. If you do not wish to confirm, click on “edit” to return to the insert page. Warning! Once Step 2 is completed, you cannot vote again.

Each vote will be kept separate from the voter’s identity and only the voter can see his/her candidate’s name by using the “confirmation number".
